C -  I am wearing a black top and a blue shirt to replicate Karen's clothing

L - The lighting is natural as its set in a school cafeteria. The lighting comes from daylight, no artificial lights.

A - We are going to be sitting down on the lunch table seats and imitating the same expressions that the characters make.

M- we have done our makeup in a typical teenage girl style, and out hair is left out to present us as girly girls, like the characters, who obsess over self image.

P- we have lunch trays and the bracelet shown in the clip.

S- we are going to shoot in the school cafeteria, just like the clip is set in.

Script

Regina grabs Cady's arm to look at Cady's bracelet. It's a wide brown leather band with decorative holes punched in it.

 REGINA- Where did you get that bracelet? I love it.

 CADY -Africa.My mom made it for me

GRETCHEN -.It's so fetch. 

REGINA -(disdainful) What is "fetch?"

 GRETCHEN -(withering) It's, like, slang ••• from England ••• 

Regina rolls her eyes. 

KAREN -so, if you're from Africa, why are you white? 

GRETCHEN -oh my God, Karen. You can't just ask people why they're white. 

REGINA -cadv, could you give us some privacy for~ like, one second~ 

CADY -Sure.

 Cady makes eye contact with Janis and Damian as the Plastics confer. 

 REGINA -(breaking huddle) Okay, let me Just say that we don't do this a lot, so you should know that this is, like, a huge deal.

.GRETCHEN- We want to invite you  to have lunch with us everyday for the rest of the week. 

CADY- Oh, okay •• 

 GRETCHEN- Great. So we'll see you tomorrow.

 KAREN- On Wednesdays we wear pink.

RECREATION:

In this recreation of Mean Girls, we wanted to effectively capture and recreate the angles used to produce this scene. We used lunch trays with food on there to replicate the girls in the scene. We made sure to capture Cady (raagnis) hair in the corner of each scene, just like the original clip. On an iPad, I paused the original clip at the start of each shot and aligned everything in our scene to match the original. When editing, i chose the best clips and cut them so they fit together to accurately mimic the original scene. I added some background music, extracted from the original scene.
